You are absolutely right! This is what I had posted befor,
though put diffrently. Also, as I posted earlier, if the IACH
cannot afford currently these forms in electronic format, I will
be more than happy to provide them at no cost. If in the event
however that the musterious $7m in escrow happens to show up
under IACH control, that I will require payment (Wholesale of
course, don't want to be accused of gouging), in full within
a agreed upon time span. I will also do the implimentation
myself, if so required by the IAHC or CORE. In addition
I will use my contacts to aid in acquiring any hardware that
may be necessary by IAHC or CORE, which may be donated or
would be provided at cost.
