Even-handedness demands that, as I presumed to do for Perry, I point out
that these inflammatory accusations only pour gasoline on the flames 
(and I *do* mean "flames") of this discussion.

They're also unbelievably tiresome.

I hold the members of the IAHC to a higher standard of circumspection
than I do the other members of this list.  That does NOT mean that the
non-IAHC members are or should be free to conduct ad-hominem attacks,
engage in threats, bluster and general incivility or otherwise make the
process of wading through the innumerable emails that flood through this
list every day more onerous than it has to be.
