Simon,
I have posted many of these same points several times. It
seems that either Kent ans some others are not getting some
of these postings are just having to read too many posting and
loosing track. All of your points concerning administration
of registries and who, how, and what should be in the final
draft that is not specified in the Dec 19 draft in specfic,
I believe you, I and several others have stated several times.
For some reason or other, there is some confusion. Why I
do not know for sure. But it is one reason I attenmpted
to solicit a vote on points in the draft.
