I work as a contractor for IBM Israel.  I have tried to improve their
name as an Internet brand in Israel and I think I have succeeded somewhat.
That does not give me ANY right to the name IBM.  I believe the same holds
true for NSI.  They are a contractor, hired by the NSF.
