Another lurker chimes in



Inspired by Scott Bradner's message of 27 Dec 1996, 
attempting to add rigor by quantifying some aspects of the data 
source origins for messages reaching this list:

It contains an acceptable level of imperfections.  Ship it.

Consider the apparent inverse relationship between quantity and 
quality of message content, with the possible exception of Dave C.
and ( usually ) Perry M.
If you have taken the time, as I have, to read the outpourings of 
these individuals, you have probably formed an opinion.  If the best 
government governs least, do lurkers provide the most valuable input?
