Simon, that is completely and utterly false.

For the record, Simon has done virtually nothing but misrepresent my
statements, public and private. Either he is insufficiently
intelligent to understand what I've said or he is so malicious that he
considers it to be in his interest to deliberately and repeatedly lie
-- in either case, if you want to know what I have to say on a
subject, ask me, and not Simon Higgs.
