Not only is this a sacriligous comment but it is insulting to claim this
internationaliztion exists when there are no members outside the United
States. This miopic view of how the internet is governed, or how it is
perceived it should be governed, just goes to prove to those outside of
the U.S. academia how little regard you have for issues outside of your
sphere of influence, issues that you never could encounter from within
the culturally sterile and politically "reactive" governing atmosphere
from which you attempt to rule from.

Happy New Year Mr. Heath... course cluelessness is Bliss so it should not
be that hard for you or the IANA to be happy...
