Maybe I am not the most knowledgable about the Net. I also agree that if
it (the IANA) is going to maintain its present position of authority that
not only should it be internationally financed but the ruling membership
(ie - yourself included) should be elected by an international vote,
office terms not exceeding 18 months a.

Funny... I did not mention the IAHC, My comments were directed towards
IANA...
