	Where's the :) ?   

	To clarify, one of the stated purposes of the INT zone is to
	hold infrastructure databases (e.g. ip6.int. atma.int etc)
	and international treaty orgs, not international databases.

	Of course my half-baked idea is (imho) completely outside
	the scope of the iahc anyway, as WIPO could turn the crank
	on this idea all by themselves w/o any other authorization 
	and (hopefully) this LARGE red-herring (giant peruvian type)
	would solve itself.
