These last two.
There should be, at a minimum IMHO, a signed
clause that states something like:
"Use of this domain is strictly experimental and as such
has the following attributes:
-It is not visable to a majority of the Internet
-It may go away or be superceded at any time by
an offically delegated domain that may or may not
subsume any entries in this experimental domain.
-An offically delegated domain may be run by a different
registry with a completly different set of registration
rules.
-Any monies collected for creation of entries in
this experimental domain are non-refundable.
Client is aware of these constraints and agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless the experimental registry."
