What's illegal in France is not to use English terms, but to use them and 
not translate them at the same time, or in some footnote.

However, it's true that we have a .tm SLD left of .fr. To say the truth, 
there has been some discussion after NIC France made that choice, but I 
guess we will still live with it now that it exists.
