Bob,

  I agree totaly with you.  I have suggested this several times,
I even posted s small voting form on this forum.  Some members
objected and stated that I did not understand consensus.  Hummmm?
Anyway,  I have offered to do so again, with no response to 
that spicific post.  I wonder??
