John, you should be more careful with your discourse on
Internet discussion lists.  This is beyond the range of
acceptable discourse:

Obviously, as you are one of the people that have been the
most vocal as to your investment in .EARTH and .USA, any
reasonable person would include you in the "they" that you
write about.  I'm not a lawyer or a policeman, but I believe
you are treading on the wrong side of the line here.

The people who say that any death threat, explicit or implicit,
is illegal, are correct.  And certainly not allowed on Internet
discussion lists.  Period.
