Not that its very important, but airports ALREADY have unique three
letter identifiers.  I think this may be better handled at a 2LD level. 
I mean the whole trade association thing.  Perhaps a general gTLD that
has 2LDs under owned only by trade organizations who register groups
under their 2LD.
