Although no formal requirement has been made (since we set up the
requirements), I personally feel it is reasonable that IAHC members
should remain impartial. I will discuss the question at some point
soon with other members of the committee.

The thoughts that I have heard involve using a famous accounting firm
to conduct the drawing.
