I would agree somewhat with you here. As to pricing between the CORE
and its database manager, I would consider that their own information,
their own business. On the other hand, matters of protocol and standard
for sharing should be handled in the traditional IETF standards manner.
I believe there is already much work being done in this area by Mr.
Wesson and others.
CORE members may come and go, but the sharing protocols will remain and
should be open.
