Some friendly advice for IAHC members.  If while deliberating you sense
that you are making assumptions, these should be included in the draft. 
CORE should decide this, but it should be spelled out in the draft.

It seems like many questions raised post-draft have already been
discussed by the IAHC members, but just not included in the draft.

The devil is in the details....
