Hmm. There's "experimental" in more than one sense here.
1) experimenting with the physical aspects of running a registry.
In this sense, you are probably correct, your registy is no longer
experimental.
2) experimenting with new registries in the DNS.
This is an experiemnt in whether new TLDs were needed, the model to
run them etc etc. In this sense, all the new non-ISO TLDs are _still_
experimental. And potentially a failure, if the consensus is for
shared TLDs rather than exclusive TLDs.
IMHO (as an "user" - remember us?), I always understood "experimental" to
mainly have meaning "2". Meaning "1" is minimal, and any new registry would
have to go through it (Internic, ISO-based, _any_ registry) and so was only
an experiment in _your_ ability to run a registry.

Yawn. Go right out and say it. Don't beat around the bush. We all know
you mean "take legal action".
