I like the .xxx.cat idea, but I think it is appropriate 
for less known industry groups. For the ones who talk 
to millions of people (like IATA), the result would be 
a bit like .tm.int. Out of 100,000 people who would be 
able to remember jfk.air, only 1,000 would remember 
jfk.air.cat.

In order to determine just who should be .xxx.cat
and who would be .xxx, just set a fairly high license
fee for industry group TLDs. If they want to pay less,
they go for .xxx.cat.

That is how the IANA can serve the users and make money
for intrastructure development projects as the same time.
