Is this subtantially different from the existing situation for our
friend, the president of American Standard, who looks up his company
in the Yellow Pages, the AT&T Toll-Free Directory, the Chamber of
Commerce index, etc.? Companies with similar 'easily confused' name
will not pop into existence if this directory is created. Indeed,
as with all similar directories, it is not more than an organized
collection of existing information, all of which may be presumed to
exist already in the public domain. Kill^H^H^H^Hsue the messenger?
