Vince,

Even if you could get ahold of their code, the Gardian specification
thet the InterNic implemented is tightly intigrated with their code and
SQL database. Who ever runs the CORE database would have to write it
from scratch. Its not just something that you can copy into any other
implementation of a regestrie.
