No. At one point I did announce that I would do this but when talking to
investors I found that they all thought it was too risky. So I dropped the
idea.

If I were in Bill Manning's position I would not say anything on the
subject to anyone, publicly or privately, for at least the next two years.

If. That's a big "if", a very big "if". Since I was not at the meeting I
can only judge the meeting based on the public announcements of the nature
of that meeting and the public notes that were posted during the few days
following the meeting.
I still believe that there is no money to be made in the registry
business. It will be a sideline to existing businesses offered as a
service to customers and not as a profitmaking venture.
