This is a message from guard-talk, an InterNic mailing list
about the gardian software. Regestries are going to have to
deal with things like this.
IMHO it will be compounded by the number of regestries
developed in this process.

INTERNIC:
How about an official statement regarding the planned implementation
of the BEFORE-USE aspects of the Guardian system?
This second-hand info is valuable, but not enough.
