I believe a lot of the disorganization in the discussion comes from the
low level of feedback from IAHC on the proposals that has been made after
the 19th Dec draft.

That's why I would like to ask the IAHC members:

	Will there be any intermediate draft, or any other statement
	of direction, from the IAHC, before the final version ?
