As the operator of a registry 90% used by individuals and small groups,
I am very in support of creation of a free non-profit group (or one)
gTLDs. In exchange for guaranteeing $0 registry costs, the registy (or
registrar, I forget the IAHC vocubalry) gets

   * Reduced Application Costs
   * Reduced Standards
   * One 'CORE Vote' for all the registrars serving the free gTLDs

I've already put some thought into this and am working on a formal
proposal to send to IAHC before the deadline.
