Well, I don't agree.  I haven't been convinced.  But I've stated my
arguments, and have nothing new to add to the discussion.  So I'm not
saying anything.  (If only others on this list.....)

That'd be a good idea!  Otherwise I can imagine the "I'll sue" contingent
on this list to totally ignore it and go into a new tantrum.
