  Does this mean that a acctual interim draft is not in the offing?
If so, why not?  

  Please explain "rather liked".  What points did you agree or not
agree with spicificaly?  This would be helpful to everyone I believe.
It would help in defining where there is still some need for discourse
and discussion.  In that way a better final draft will emerge, don't
you think?

  What are others thought on this?  Anyone?
