Marc,
And everyone else.
It is important to take note that on MANY occasions that I am
hopefull of this process. If you Marc, or anyones lese believe
that I am attempting to be insulting, are truely missintrepreting
me or drawing a characterization that is of their own making
It has been made clear to me that their several points that
do NOT have a consensus as of yet and the Jan 17 deadline for
further discussion is drawing near.
It is also somewhat clear that there is not going to be an
update to the Dec 19 draft prior to the final draft, so as to
give all here some idea how things are TRUELY progressing
towards a consensus. Tha I DO find to be ominus. As others
have indicated. However I am still hopefull.
Without some progress showen, we have no REAL idea where
the IAHC membership feels there is a consensus or not. Again
I am hopfull that they are listening well.
It has been sugested that there is a consensus by a few
on points where the comments do not seem to support that
conclusion. Hence another agrument for a UPDATED
draft to the Dec 19 draft prior to the final draft to guage
the those conclusions by. But yet still, I am hopefull.
So MARC, I hope this is crystal clear to you and everyone else
from my viewpoint. If you have some doubt, than that doubt comes
from inside yourself or somewhere else.
