Apologies for my absence in the discussions of late. I was finishing up
research on the first ENIAC Programmers - a group of six women who programmed
the ENIAC during WWII at the University of Pennsylvania.  See Wall Street
Journal articles November 15 and 22, both B1, by Thomas Petzinger.   

Anyway, the Domain Name Rights Coalition has been asked by Don Heath and will
be submitting written comments in response to the IAHC draft.  These comments
also will be distributed online.  I will be discussing some of our concerns
online as they relate to issues of concern to others.  If you decide that you
agree with the position of DNRC, please contact me regarding signing onto the
comments formally.  The more signatures we have, the stronger this minority
view.
