- Subject: cutting down the extraneous traffic
This list generates a lot of meaningful and though-provoking
discussion... however I would like to make a request of the
membership.
Please ensure that you are not generating duplicate messages. I am
getting two and for some reason sometimes three copies of the same
messages.
Please make sure that your remarks are readable... that is
distinguish what you are saying from those of the message you are
replyng to.
Please put your remarks up top. When there are 60 and 70 messages in
the queue, it is disturbing to have to read to the end of a message
to find the reply.
Please limit the amount of the original message you include to that
which is relevant to your reply. We all get the same messages there
is no reason to repat the whole item. Edit judiciously - please.
Thank you
