Is it at all conceivable that a Judge/Plaintiff can say -- The whole
idea of the 60-day period was proposed by IAHC. They advocated this
*legal* position in an otherwise technical document. So they should
either team up with the defendant (assuming liability) and contest
the case or the 60-day period is a figment of imagination or words
to that effect in legal terms?
Just curious.
