Dave,

It should be up to the folks that run the CORE db service as to weither
or not an Administrative person is nessassary. If we are to
provide comments on the CORE db system, should it not focus on possable
functionality of the database as that impacts what the regestries are
selling, much more than if there is a person to sort snail mail..
