For that matter, the document should specify that gTLDs are shared only
after the existing gTLDs are shared in the same manner -- that is,
after there is sharing on .COM. If you have sharing anywhere, you will
have it everywhere. It should be considered important that the new gTLDs
not have a competitive disadvantage versus extant gTLDs.
