Not to nose-thumb, but our registry software for .WEB was written with the user
in mind. Users can do all this work themselves provided a reasonable method of
authentication (many are available and we're open to suggestions). The software
does all the validation and checking, and even fills the data out for the user
if they wish us to provide DNS services for them.

We've not just been sitting around for a year-and-a-half while this bickering
has been going on.
