Bzzzt-t! Sorry. It doesn't matter how fast the ISP can allocate an
ISDN connection (not a line). What matters is how fast the local RBOC
can install and provision the *end user's* ISDN line. And, currently,
that is being advertised as requiring 6 weeks here in California (and
actually often takes 8 weeks or longer).
