With this model, you end up putting CORE in the seat where we now have NSI,
with very little opportunity for competition between the CORE members.

I believe it would be better to work towards a model where the central point
is the minimum technically feasible, using tools like those described in
draft-iahc-stdltech-crispin-00.txt and draft-iahc-stdlsup-crispin-00.txt.
