I agree as well with this analogy and recomendation. Did you read
Bettys posting. I found it quite reveling along these lines. I might
add that unless IAHC/CORE has regulatory authority, implying or
stating a 60 day waiting period as a condition for use of a TLD, is
not maintainable, no has force behind it. It can omly drag IAHC/CORE
into a legal situation at some point that would be untenable, and creat
an atmosphere of being very "NSI LIKE" in its behavior. This I think
would be detramental to all involved. especailly the user.
