  I hope you mean this toung in cheek.  Trademark owners should in no
manner be atempting to shift the burden on the sholders of the Internet
user.

  It should be incumbent on the Trademark owner to do his own policing,
not
the Internet user.  I still like the Idea of a gazett listing of domains
that have been filed and their status with respect to Trademark
approval.
