Buick files suit. At the first court date I show up and say "I'm
terribly sorry -- you can have the name." They waste a lot of
money...
It's just a standard game -- you hang on enough so that it's a hassle
for the trademark owner, but not enough to give them any real cause
for damages. You still make lots of money as a name broker,
potentially.
