Kevin,

You bring up a valid point.  Yet even if Scott were
to sort the postings per your request, the results would be highly
suspect.

For example, a Swiss working for Swissair and living in Geneva would have
an address XXX@swissair.com.  There are other non-US
organizations registered in the .com domain.

And, even if you assume that the current iTLDs represent just the US, how
do you know it is not a non US citizen living in the US?  Or, how do you
tell if a US citizen living abroad is using one of the ISO 3166 TLDs?

In spite of the above limitations, the results of your suggestion
should prove interesting.
