If this correct, then Hasbro will undoubtedly lose their cases, and be
held to pay the cost of the court, including the defendants legal costs.
If a clear case of a non-infringing domain name doesn't get this outcome
in court, then the problem is with the legal system, and not with the DNS.
I don't believe that any policies imposed by the IAHC neither should nor
could have any effect on such a problem.
