  Though it is true that not all RFC's are standards, most ARE.  Those
that
are not, most likely will be or are considered as such.  So what is your 
point reguarding RFC's and IAHC?  One in which the IACH is violating is
RFC 2065, for instance.

  Though the IANA may have "Authorized" IACH to persue this task, does
not 
necessarly give the IAHC any authority, per se.  I would agree that if
you were appointed by the IANA than you would be better aware of
dissagrements.
