Where is this mysterious line item budget you refer to? For $250,000 -
$500,000 (a bit loose on numbers isn't it)?
Let's assume it's $333,000. Now run critical staff on three shifts to
maintain 24/7 service. Include 24/7 telephone support and factor in
returning international calls around the clock. Now factor in a margin
for error and unknown expenses.
And you have... about $1 million.
