Perhaps then, you should not have included the words "substantial
interest in minimizing litigation" in the draft. Then maybe we wouldn't
all "misunderstand" the draft's intentions.

Maybe the IAHC should write a draft that reflects their intent. Then we
wouldn't all have to have ESP to conduct a discussion with IAHC members.
