I am sorry. I used to have a lot of respect for you and your opinions,
but to me you have changed. To me, support for a 60 day waiting period
is just as intrusive a policy as NSI's flawed trademark policy. In
fact, the IAHC policy is even more intrusive because instead of
affecting less than 1% as the NSI policy does, it affects everyone.
>From reading your postings, it "seems" to me that you have become so
tormented with the wrongs committed by NSI that you wish to now right
them by tipping the field in the opposite direction.
You and I will not likely agree on this matter. I think it is pointless
for us to continue debating. We both know very well where we stand as
does most everyone else by now;-)
I think what is important is to get more feedback from the IAHC, not
just Dave and Perry. It is very important to clear some things up.
1) What is the intent of the 60 day wait. The draft says one thing,
while IAHC members espouse another.
2) I cannot claim to be counting but it seems to me that a large
majority of the commentators on this list are against any waiting
period. Will the IAHC reflect this in the next draft?
