TLD's and Jon Postel's original draft (150TLDs/50 registries).

Allow the forces of the "free market" to work.

Unless NSI is immediately prepared, by written public commitment, to
share the .COM, .NET, and .ORG domains, and submit to the IAHC draft
and lottery process for redelegation of those TLDs; applicants who applied for the right to run an Exclusive iTLD Registry according to the guidelines put forth by IANA prior to the IAHC December 19th, 1996 proposal for shared gTLDs should be allowed.

.NUM is a iTLD not a gTLD and our application should stand. We wish to handle all registration, disputes and run our own root server for .NUM around the world. This will let us manage the quality of our service to the internet community and allow the "free market" to work.

Thank you,

Mark Schultz
