  I agree that something like this should be done from IAHC's
site.  This could be announced right here on this forum with
a pointer to the .htm .  But I think that the IAHC will not 
co for this "Democraty" idea.  The member's seem to prefer 
a "Consensus" arrangment, whatever that is in their minds
anyway.
