I would like to hear (or read) from IANA on this specific issue of cTLD
hijacking in Central Africa. Until now, it has been total silence. I
realize that they are a technical body and that they lack the
enforcement tools or coercive power. But they should assert their
legitimate role as delegating entity and voice their opinion.
It sure would help clarify the situation and lift the hearsays,
ambiguities and subjective interpretations.
