This is not useful. We are happy with our DNS management. We do it
ourselves. Diversification is of no value to us. Participating with
others, in creating "global village" is more important to us at this
time. Why are 5 regions ok and not all countries? or for that matter
one global world. These distinctions are BAD for us Africans. Tomorrow,
one may say that the .africa registry is no good and that will hurt.
