No, I am telling you that you are missing the point and saying things
with no meaning or relevance to the discussion. What end-to-end needs
are peculiar to Africa? NONE.  Some of us are not looking for favors
in the structuring of the Internet. We want to be equal participant
and to compete. .africa will not advance that unless regional TLDs
for all are planned.
